At the beginning of 2020 we put a call-out for artwork that depicted Brigid, Ireland’s matron saint and triple goddess. We got submissions from professional and amateur artists located all over the world and we then projected each image onto the GPO for the International Herstory Light Festival which ran from 31st January to 3rd February 2020. (Thanks again to Dodeca who did the projections for us!).

We are so thankful to all who submitted artwork - the submissions we got were so varied in style and they were definitely the highlight of the Festival for many. The projections brought so much joy and light to people back in early February, so we are delighted to be able to do that again, on a virtual level, with the cooperation of the artists who have so kindly allowed us to use their images here again.
